1.Place the chicken pieces in a bowl.
2. Add the juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Leave the chicken to marinate for six to eight hours.
3. Beat the egg in a bowl with a little water.
4. Coat each chicken piece well with maida. Press well in maida. Ordinary white flour can also be used.
Dip each piece of chicken in the egg and then press each into the breadcrumbs. Put the coated chicken pieces into the refrigerator until frying time.
