They consumed sun-dried Goji berries as people do today. They also made Goji concoctions of wine, tea, soup, stew, and liquid extracts.
These tasty little berries are still part of the diet for some of the longest-living people on the planet, mainly the Hunza of the Himalayas, who are shown to live well into their 100’s.
