In 2015, Seksit was assigned to expand scope of work to cover end-to-end operations that include Inbound, Export, Local and OEM. Seksit is the key person who support change management on the shopfloor. He agrees and alighs with strategy by finding the practical method to implement it. Main achievement in 2015 is implement Resource Utilization between Inbound/Outbound/OEM which work seperately before. He promote Multi-Skill and motivated staff to go with changing. His functional skill is really strong and he also has Inventory Control skill. His base salary is a bit lower for his responsible and competency. "
