As all of us facing a problem with SAP, Portal slow respond time and email not update during last week and this week.
HQ who responsible on the setup of this communication line try to find out the root cause but they still not found it.
Today after 6PM our time they will make a simulation and try to find out again. During they make a simulation it may impact to our communication line to HQ in short period. This will not impact to our internal network drive (H, L , J ,…) and our local server for production.
