On 31 December 2015, I bought the bag that I attached in the shop at Central Latphrao, Thailand. This bag is 50% off from the normal price.
I found that it has Damaged. It broken inside the bag.
So, I sent the bag for repair but they said it’s not warranty because it’s on sale product.
Repairing has service fee amount 1,500 THB.
Please inform me that your company have the policy about follow they said.
Ps. When I bought the bag, I ask sale person about the policy for warranty. She said that one year warranty for spares.
