Manage overall project management including customer relationship, problem and incident management, subcontractor management and project quality assurance
Point of escalation and resolution for customer issues and problems
Provide full support for administrative functions and documentation for assigned
Project including manage and maintain reports, technical, and project documentation on a timely and consistent manner
Monitor and control of project Service Level Agreements
Works collaboratively with customer, team, sale department and engineer teams to ensure that the functional process of service delivery is meeting the customer's expectations and facilitation of issue resolution
Maintains and administers appropriate communications to all internal and external parties on a regular and/or "as needed" basis
Other functions required as necessary
