Mu Ko Phi Phi National Park consists of a land area, a coast area and a sea coast area. The geological formation of the sea coast area and islands in the Andaman Sea were created by the "Indonesian Tectonic Movement". By the mangrove forest of Hang Nak mountain you will find the Klom canal along the coastal rim, which serves as the basin of the large lake called "Nong Thale" (sea lake).
