I have heard from accounting department that Eric will transfer to Malaysia location, could you please confirm me for his last working day? Who will process his payroll after he relocates to there?
According to tax locally legal, his working status is sitting in Thailand and work over 180 days company shall paid for TAX of him, as well I have paid in monthly by estimated the TAX calculation till end of this year (include PSP and share vesting). It’s mean that the tax paid and declared to tax office is over from actual amount then he may found the tax return from local tax office, which the process is the tax office will transfer tax return to him after they review and approve (may take time he shall return to company. Otherwise I need to calculate and adjust the tax payment of him within this month. Please advice…
