Among assault rifles, the AK-47 is not particularly accuratedoesn't have a very good precision (even so, for a 100 m distance it is concentrated in a circle 20 cm in diameter.)
But even considering that, this is not a very good result.
EDIT Note: The AK’s reputation for poor accuracy stemmed from the fact that the original AK-47 prototype and the first run of production AK’s used barrels with the wrong rifling twist rate for the cartridge, which played merry hell with accuracy. The rifling twist rate was corrected for the AKM, making that reputation unwarranted for all AK-type rifles produced since then. In ideal conditions, an AKM was almost as accurate as a full-length AR-15-type rifle.
