B. System Description -In the part of user if they want to get information about dormitory when customer didn’t stay at their dome to give it they can get the information via web application. When the new customers have to be a tenants they can log in and check utility cost and inform their problem via web apps. Another part is admin part this part can check request that users submit and can manage their tenants list in this software.
