Other high ratings were for Britain’s ‘contrast
of old and new’, ‘cultural events and attractions’,
‘beautiful landscape, and ‘lots of different experiences’.
Britain is seen as a place where Americans ‘feel
comfortable visiting’. It is ‘easy to visit’, the people
are welcoming and friendly, and Americans want to
interact with them. Weaker areas (apart from
‘inspiration’) were value for money and the chance
to relax and be refreshed.
