With reference with Thai labour law don’t set up for probation period but they said only worked for an uninterrupted period over of one hundred and twenty days so the company should be paid the compensation and notice advance one month.
As I back to check this case she still work with us continually so we will count her work period from she start to work with us on January 5, 2015, the total work period 127 days.
My opinion, if we don’t want to pay her for compensation so we can rotation her job to do with other section or back to work with planning when Mr. Kai start to work we will discuss with him again about Pui performance. So we can do with her step by step if her job not so good we will issue warning letter to her after that we will follow up her job continually. After we evaluation her performance still not so good we will give her last warning and terminated.
