A plot of elongation at break versus concentration of peroxides is shown in Fig. 5. The trends of elongation at break are in concordance with the trends in tensile strength. The elongations at break of all TPVs increase with increasing concentration of peroxide. Also, the TPVs prepared with DCP and DTBPIB show a higher elongation at break than DTBPH and DTBPHY.
