Channel Development Specialist (Digital & Self Service)
Job Description
• Analyze and review market analysis in term of using internet- banking , mobile-banking , self-service channels such as; ATM, Cash Deposit Machine, Passbook Update etc. to expand the bank’s service and meet with customer satisfaction
• Monitor, evaluate and develop self-service channels to achieve maximum returns, allocate and manage flow of the channel to meet the most efficient and effective.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Operation Management, Computer Science
• At least 3 years of working experience in business process or channel development especially in banking products will be advantage
• Male must be exempt from military service
Required skills
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with creative thinking
• Good in both written and spoken in English (TOEIC Score 600 or equivalent)
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
Working Location: Operating at Silom Head Office
