As discussed with you please set dates for supplier farmer registration. As agreed with you and the IT dept we will capture supplier farmer directly into the system using the new program!
• Set date for when you want to do supplier farmer registration
• Farmers will also sign STEC GAP contract at these meetings and formally register rai quota!
• At this time you can also distribute seed and capture any new farmers (if any).
• Suppliers/farmers must then be show the package of inputs (fertilizer & CPAs) and est costs
• Suppliers are responsible for purchasing and distributing inputs but must be captured into STEC system!
• All farmers must receive, contract, CPA box & PPE Kit, inputs, and training materials
• Records of all distribution must be kept either in system or on excel file!
Please give me some feedback when this will take place! And a schedule!
It is the responsibility of the Agronomy Area team to ensure all suppliers follow our guidelines as above and same as AMC system!
