in the following concentrations (in mg/L): 1.6 Mn, 0.11 Cu, 0.865 B and 0.023 Zn. Iron
was supplied as Fe-EDTA at a concentration of 5 mg/L. The pH of the nutrient solution
was adjusted to 5.5.
