To assist the HR & Administration function in the Recruitment such as: Selection for staff level, pre-screen candidate CV, recording employee data and filing documents.
Performs a range of diverse administrative activities for the department or organizational unit. •To verify evident documents of the right candidate checked history data ensure that we have an efficiency selection.
Perform candidate searches (database, Internet, referrals, cold calling). •Maintain existing candidates & explore new candidates.
Implement appropriate methods to attract applicants (e.g. posting ads, sourcing candidates on the Internet, cold calling and direct approaching the prospect candidates.)
Call out to find potential candidates and generate lead through cold calling and could identify suitable candidates through phone-screening. •To prepare the candidate's report.
Provide job opening information to prospects by e-mail, fax and phone call.
Proactively find, screen and build a flow of candidates for current and future openings.
Record and supply potential Candidate list to HR Dept.
Provide support on any regular and ad hoc reports.
Handle additional responsibilities as requested by HR Manager and the management.
