• Ensure that all communication materials are updated at all time and co-ordinate with suppliers to produce all materials as necessary.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s Automotive and Home Assistant products in order to be able to deal effectively and informatively with clients/customers.
• Communicate effectively with clients/customers via telephone and email.
• Daily monitors customer data loading and confirm the status of customers with clients.
• Coordinate internally with staff in other departments to support fulfillment of clients’ requirements.
• Attend to specified sales and marketing Administration task in timeline.
• Support some required tasks to General Manager - Sales & Marketing.
• Perform other duties and special assignment as required.
