I am very very glad to go on the stage and tell something to you. I am so proud of my bravery. Because as you all know my English is so poor , especially my English pronunciation . But I still want to say something . Because I know , English is very important . I should practise myself, the more the better.

As we all know, English is an international language, and it could be used all over the world. However, Spanish is the language that most people speak in the world, but why is English still the language that can be used in any country, any city, or even any town? So, the topic I'm going to discuss today is "Why learning English is important?”

Boys and girls, China has step up its process of globalization , so we must shoulder responsibilities to the worlds environment, peace and stability . We must learn more knowledge. Especially you must learn English well in order to communicate with others more easily.
