Issue Management
Strategic planning and execution process related to:
Merger & Acquisition
Shareholder restructuring
Capital structuring
Dividend Policy
Cash Flow Management
Feasibility Study of any new project
Other financial issues
Commercial contract negotiation such as Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA)
Coordination with Appraisers, Legal consultants and Financial Advisors to execute M&A transactions
Coordination with overseas staffs in finance and accounting issue such as information preparation by SAP for equity valuation.
Analytical Performance
Monitoring overseas operations performance concerning:
Foreign exchange impact
Breakdown Cost Analysis
Hedging raw material price
Optimal Capital Structure
Goodwill Impairment
Asset utilization through financial tools such as ROIC & ROCE
Any impact to financial statement including off-balance sheet such as Operating lease or Investment through Equity Method
Financial analytical tools such as Enterprise Value, Free Cash Flow to Firm/Equity and Residual Income.
Report risk management issues to management level, concerning business risk, financial risk, operation risk and strategic risk.
Others
Work flow improvement.
Using MS SharePoint program, constructed department database sharing information to other departments.
