Dear Smartbadge applicants,
Please collect smartbadges (see name list below) at HR-NSTHGR in a few days.
For new hire Smartbadge, it is required that you must activate the assigned smart badge and use it within approximately 3 months from date requested.
If you are not ready to work on Chevron computing system, please contact Help Desk at ext. 5000 to retain your CAI account.
CAI account and Smartbadge will be terminated if you fail to response to this notification within the mentioned period. As a result,
you need to request for the replacement Smartbadge and it might cost you US150.-/badge.
For replacement Smartbadge, please activate your new Smartbadge immediately once you received to avoid certificate revoke and return the old one to Reception Desk, BKK.
For Facility-Only Smartbadge, please contact your local facility manager to activate your access to the building.
*** Please note that the facility codes in the list below were taken out from either GO1680 or Whitepage. If this is not the correct facility to send Smartbadge, please let me know immediately.
