I understand that you only wish to purchased the song "Be Honest”, however, you were billed for the entire album. As a customer myself, I can certainly understand how you value your money and how concerned you are to have this charge be reversed. I will be happy to check this for you and provide the best resolution on your concerns.
I reviewed your account and found that there is an unpaid order on it. Unpaid orders will temporarily prevent you from purchasing. As soon as it’s paid, I will review it again for a possible refund so you can purchase the “Be Honest” song only.
If the issue is that your credit card has been declined by your financial institution, please contact them to find out why the card was rejected. If they're able to resolve the issue, you should be able to pay for the order using the same card and then continue purchasing with your account. If they can't resolve the issue, you can pay for this order with a different credit card or with store credit.
