Brandy/ Fruit brandy
Brandy is considered as spirit which is distilled from wine. Brandy contains alcohol 35 – 60% ABV. Brandy is normally taken as digestif (drink after meal). Some brandy is aged in wooden barrel or caramel color added. Some brandy is produced by using both wooden barrel aging and caramel coloring. Serving brandy can be done in 2 ways: straight up or on the rocks. Brandy can be used as a part of cocktail such as Brandy sour, Brandy Alexander, and Sidecar. Snifter glass is normally used when serving brandy straight up.
