Refer to issue about 7-11 return process at this moment we found 2 problem as following:
Customer return item to Lazada but it been send to Zarola (Ex. Ticket 5021650)
Customer return item to Lazada but we cannot track the item on 7-11 system (Ex. #4999784)
There are some ticket that I've been approved to refund but item does not deliver to Lazada WH yet because those issue that I mention earlier. Therefore, I would like to inform you and need your cooperate on some item that not deliver to WH but SWAT team need to process refund to customer.
