Yingluck goes home from barracks Writer:Wassana NanuamPublished:25/05/2014 at 11:03 PM The National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) released former prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra from an army camp on Sunday night, an army source said. Ms Yingluck was allowed to returned home from the 1st Division, King's Guard near the Royal Plaza in an order signed by army chief and council chairman Gen Prayuth Chan-ocha, the source said. The former prime minister reported to the council on Friday and had been taken into custody on that day. A number of people detained by the council was also released, the source added.
