The purchase of candy is an example of an emotional purchase. However, many purchases are rational. Shoppers generally consider three things when they are purchasing a product: economy, dependability and convenience. Thus, they think carefully about their needs and money before purchasing some thing. At consumers, we may be influenced by an advertisement on television showing a handsome or beautiful TV star using the products. Shampoos, whitening creams, and deodorants are among popular case products that use TV stars or models as presenters. Their pictures remain in a consumer's mind ever when he or she is not thinking about the presenter. The consumer may want to copy the star by using the product and so chooses it.
