To screen for the best processing parameters, the effects of the culture and the ferment disposal conditions on antifungal crude extract production were investigated using single-factor experiments. The inhibitory rate of the crude strain 28 extracts against B4 served as the indicator of antifungal activity. The base culture conditions and the crude extraction of the metabolites were completed according to the above method. Extract-free acetone was used as a negative control. All experiments were performed in triplicate.
