1. As was pointed out above (Section 2.4.1), the e-mail task utilized in this study is not typical of e-mails in general in that it did not necessarily to a response. It was lead an assigned task in the course LNG 103 and required the use of KMUTT's intranet, which involved students using a Bulletin Board. Thus, for future research, would it be worth investigating a more interactive kind of e-mail that involved both initiating and responding. Findings from such research could then be juxtaposed against the current findings.
