P.4
Even under perfect conditions, human visual perception is limited. Our eyes are imperfect and are able to see only a small fraction of the light in the universe. We cannot detect radiation outside the range of the light spectrum, including radiation of the following wavelengths: radio, infrared, ultraviolet, x-ray, or gramma ray. Just as we are developing technology to overcome our positional bias, we are also "seeing" more of the universe through these other wavelengths with the help of various technological advances.
