also present reports have found the disease of corn caused by new bacteria disease caused by Pantoea ananatis. It is reported for the first time in Poland in 2010 (Krawczyk et, al .2010) and in Brazil found white leaf spot caused by infections Pantoea ananatis in 2012 (Lana et, al. 2012) the disease caused by pathogenic bacteria from seedling stage to the harvesting period. Such disease can convey the seeds. The transmission of the disease through the seed hinders production. This study focus to determine the type of bacteria contamination seeds tend to bacterial disease severity in the growth and development of plants and prove the bacteria cause disease. Thailand is a country with a corn seed production exported to other countries. In the seed (patma blessing,2550) Seed contaminated is an important inoculum source for development of bacterial disease of corn in the field and can reduce corn yields and seed quality. In addition, seed contaminated is an important for the export and import of seed corn production. The study suggests the possibility of these diseases may play an important role in seed spread carrying bacterial pathogens and method for detection. Their effects on seed quality and yield loss due to plant infection should be elucidated for effective management program.
