1.melt25g of the butter in a pan and cook the onion over a low heat, untill softened. Transfer the onion to a blow, using a slotted spoon.
2.Add the minced meats,egg,mashed potatoes,dill,garlic,spices and seasoning to the bowl.Add the soaked breadcrumbs and mix well
3.Shape the mixture into balls about 2.5cm in the diameter.Coat them lightly in flour.Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the meatballs for8-10minutes, until brown on all sides, shaking the pan occasionally.
