Step 2: The recruitment strategy meeting (RSM)
•Once the recruiter receives the approved requisition, they will contact you to schedule the RSM immediately. The sooner you can hold the RSM conversation with the recruiter, the sooner they can get to work on sourcing your candidates.
•At the meeting, you will discuss the job description, candidate profile, screening questions, any known candidates, sourcing strategy and selection process. The length of the meeting depends on the complexity of the vacancy.
•The HRBP may also join this meeting, which can be held on the phone or face-to-face.
•The recruiter will then finalize the internal and external job advert, post it on our internal Syngenta career pages and also on various external websites, and open all other sourcing channels as agreed with you.
•You should not contact recruitment agencies directly. It is the role of the recruiter to manage all interaction with recruitment agencies. If you receive a résumé (curriculum vitae or CV) from a recruitment agency, you should send it directly to the recruiter.
