The successful candidate will be part of the conference and training administration department, responsible for administering and supporting conference/course projects including handling traffic control from briefing stage to co-ordinating and smooth running of conferences/courses. Key tasks include carrying out all aspects of conference/course administration including co-ordinating, following-up on documentation, registration, and running of conferences/courses.
This position requires good communication skills, top customer service mind, result-oriented team player, and good interpersonal skills.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Thai citizen, Female, Age not over 28 years
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
At least one year of working experience, relevant experience in customer service is a plus
Good command of both written and spoken English
Effective communicator, top customer-service minded
Well-organized & attentive to details
