1. Collaborate among Sales and Marketing, Procurement, and Manufacturing to define material quality specifications and develop manufacturing formulations and methods according to customer’s requirements and regulatory standards and within cost agreed by both the company and customer. Establish standard procedures or guidelines and implement into operational and support works.
2. Develop material specification, formulation and procedural changes to improve the product quality, marketability and profitability of existing products.
3. Collaborate among Procurement, Quality Control and Quality Assurance to confirm that supplier's product quality and quality-related processes meet regulatory requirements and standards.
4. Gather and report the status of product design to management
