Bananas
Bananas are a quick snack for someone with acid reflux problem. The pH level is about a 5.6 making low in acid content. These are quick, easy, and filling. Bananas can also be added to flavor other foods. There is a warning that comes with this fruit however. About one percent of people find that bananas make heart burn worse. Start with small amounts and work your way into a full banana to be sure you are not in this one percent.
