1. Draft Termination Letter
I have drafted the attached termination letter. I have mentioned in the termination letter about a letter that we issued to her last Oct, 2013 in that she had over-claimed for some trip expenses (The details as stated on the letter). Also attached a copy of her Employment Contract.
Our questions are:-
Please advise if the letter looks fine or that anything needed to add / amend / delete or any of the wordings seemed not suitable?
