Thus, tourist influxes are the dominant flows. Indeed, the pattern of PAX and SEATS follow the pattern governed by the dominant flows, which are the rapidly declining (increasing) Japan (China)-Australia SEATS and PAX as shown by Figs. 1 and 2. Airlines will be most concerned about the dominant visitor segment and their behaviour.
