a lot of people have been asking me about my work out routine and it's actually extremely simple, I work out twice a day, once before I shower and then again before I go to bed.
I start off with 20 normal squats.
Then 50 sit ups.
20 jumping squats.
50 sit ups.
20 normal squats
50 sit ups.
20 jumping squats
50 backwards (situps) idk what they are but its when you start out planking on your back then pull your legs in but never letting your legs touch the ground.
20 normal squats.
50 backwards situps
10 push ups (im weak)
50 backwards sit ups.
I DO NOT SUGGEST DOING THIS THE FIRST TIME YOU WORK IT. You have to gradually work up to this other wise youll kill your body, also give yourself rest days, either 1 or 2 per week.
