First, I think the gender stereotypes are good in many ways while but bad in many ways too. Gender stereotypes tell us what we should do to suit our genders. If someone is like her/his gender stereotypes, there will be nothing to worry. But if not, there might be some problems happen depend on how their society judges someone that differ from their expectations. For me, I think that it's unnecessary to be like your gender stereotypes. You just do or are what you want as long as it doesn't trouble the others. When I was in primary school, my mom wanted me to wear dress or skirt in my routine but I didn't want to. I explained to her that they made me move inconveniently so she gave up to convince me to wear them.
And about gender shaped, I think that it's quite shaped by nurture than nature. Surroundings are important for shaping someone or something. Then when people are shaped by their surroundings, they will have different ways of thought and different ways to express them.
