Your WorleyParsons Exchange mailbox has been selected to be upgraded to the new Microsoft Exchange 2013 services.
As the iM Group continues with the Microsoft Exchange and Lync 2013 upgrade, we are now focussing on the upgrade of the next critical collaborative and messaging platform, Microsoft Exchange (the infrastructure providing the services of email and calendars) to the latest 2013 product.
There are no changes to your Microsoft Outlook desktop application, settings or emails, however your mailbox can take up to 2.5 hours to be upgraded and you may be prompted to restart Outlook before regaining full access to email.
Blackberry and ActiveSync users
In the event that you are unable to access, send or receive emails from your mobile device after the mailbox upgrade, refer to the following:
o ActiveSync user: For instructions on how to re-provision your mobile device (except Windows phones, as they are expected to work seamlessly with the upgrade), Android click here and iOS click here.
o BlackBerry user: Contact the Service Desk to have your device re-provisioned. This may require handing it in to Deskside Support for up to 60 minutes.
If you experience an issue related to your mailbox (or mobile device) following the upgrade please contact the Service Desk via online, email or phone.
