The United Kingdom and Germany
are by far the most popular choices
when Europeans buy from other
European countries, but there are
regional variations. For example,
the Dutch and the Belgians prefer
to buy from their neighbouring
countries, while Nordic residents
shop online extensively from the
United Kingdom and Germany.
The other European markets do
not attract consumers to an equally
high degree. In the survey there
were particularly few people who
bought products online from Russia.
