The best line equations are y=0.0359x+0.0216 with R2=0.9989 and y=0.0164x+0.0094 with R2=0.9991 for sample flow rates of 7.4 mL/min and 3.9 mL/min, respectively. As seen from the ratio of calibration sensitivities, 2.2 times sensitivity enhancement was achieved at high sample suction rate, 7.4 mL/min, where the volume of analyte solution spent is 37 mL in 5.0 min. On the other hand, using a suction rate of 3.9 mL/min, 19.5 mL of sample was spent in 5.0 min.
