- Handling customer enquiries and solving customer problems concerning company products and services
- Dealing with foreign customers via the telephone.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
- Manage and solve customer complaints
Qualifications
- Male or Female, age 21-32 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in any related.
- Service-mineded and customer-oriented.
- Can speak and write in English.
- 5 day per week and able to work on shift
