Dispatch processing has been enhanced so that the locmovesize_creation_stockpackets broom task is rescheduled if the source pick confirmation (pickinglistsizeconf_stockpackets broom) has not yet been processed. Previously the locmovesize_creation_stockpackets broom task was processed regardless. This allows the dispatched stock to be depleted from the dispatch bin properly.
