Sample homogenization was conducted using a Hobart CC-34
industrial food processor. A centrifuge (Boeco, 0320R) was used
for phase separation. Weighing was performed using an OHAUS
ScoutPro2001 scale for masses above 0.1 g and a Shimadzu
AUW120D scale for masses below 0.1 g. The solvent was measured
by a Dispensette (Brand, 25 mL), avoiding spilling and ensuring
reproducibility. Personal protective equipment, chromatography
consumables and certified glassware were also used during all
the analysis steps.
