Complete monthly accounting closure and corporate finance
Preparing the monthly accounts report.
Manage the chemical stocks.
Handling petty cash.
Make advance booking for meetings, flights and hotel reservations
Answer the phone and deal with day to day enquiries.
Manage office stationary.
Help with general admin duties when required.
