The organisers of the annual event are the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture,launched in 2004 with an endowment from the government to promote Seoul as a culturally rich city.The contact organisation Dasan 120 is Seoul City's one-stop 24-hour call centre,which began service in 2007.This centre provides in formation on issues such as tourism,restaurants,transportation and daily living in Korea (Seoul Metropolitan Government,2009)
