Ingredients
15-20 Basil leaves (take stems out)
5 cloves garlic finely chopped
5-10 Thai chilli’s
125g fine green beans, chopped fine
500g lean mince pork
2 table spoons fish sauce
3 table spoons oyster sauce
1½ table spoons cooking oil
pinch of sugar
Instructions
Add the oil to a pan on a high heat.
Wait until the oil has heated up, then add the chilli’s & garlic to the pan, stir for roughly 10 seconds.
Add the minced pork and with a spatula, you want to really squash the chilli’s and garlic with the pork.
When the pork is nearly done, place the fine green beans in, also add the fish sauce, oyster sauce & a pinch of sugar. Stir for 2 mins.
Turn the heat off, and add the Thai or Sweet basil, stir for 5 seconds and serve with a nice fried egg on top.
