For the MOSAIQ hardware MUST be installed in hospital and connected to hospital network( can received HIS data package). We can have an onsite meeting with customer but we are concerning about the productivity for this trip as Rupesh is the only one ESI specialist in our team. If he go onsite then he may not be able to support the rest of the region during the site meeting.
But I do agree to have a face to face meeting but we need to make sure their HIS is ready to use or they can confirm when the HIS can be ready. Otherwise, there is no point to have a face to face meeting as they don’t ready to have a HIS in hospital.
Do you have any idea when the HIS can be ready?
