Purpose of this manual
These guidelines are intended to establish the procedures to be adopted in the event of Fire emergency which may require partial or total evacuation of buildings within The Sukosol Bangkok Hotel. This is also to provide a framework and guidelines to all staff are able to deal with unusual situations and clearly understand for what action is required in case of fire.
Members of the Hotel Firefighting Team (HFFT)
The Hotel Firefighting Team (HFFT) consists of the following individuals:
Duty Manager (HFFT = Commander)
Duty Engineer (HFFT=Leader and Technician Controller)
Chief Security or Supervisor who in charge each shift
Chief Stewart or Supervisor who in charge each shift
Assistant EHK or HK supervisors who in charge each shift
The primary role of the HFFT is to direct the key actions required in the event of an emergency. The Key aims of the team are:
Rush to investigate all emergency incidents upon activation such as guest / or Team member got accident etc.
Record other incident and report to GM and EAM.
Completed firefighting training course and first aid training.
